Meet the Flamingo

This line is called Flamingos in Flip-Flops, it stars a laid-back pink flamingo character that I created then I featured him in 6 tropical-themed illustrations. I put these illustrations on distressed-look metal panels, greeting cards, and assorted merchandise.

I even wrote a theme song!

The Mission

My mission with these humorous illustrations is to give people a break from their day-to-day pressures with a smile. Hang these durable metal panels in your outdoor oasis and let the flamingo in flip flops take you back to that perfect day on the beach—without a care in the world.

About the Artist

I'm Carole Harris, the creator of the line. I've worked as a graphic artist making other people's ideas come to life for the last 40+ years. Now that my husband Richard and I are on the brink of retiring, we can start bringing to life the ideas we've had floating around in our heads while a full-time job, family, and friends left us little time to do this.
